Floyd Kaylor
Mr. Kaylor has been associated with a wide range of industries ranging from art, film, commercial entertainment, retail, fashion, international merchandising, to extreme sports and online gaming and has business relationships in these industries in Korea, Japan, and China. In addition, Mr. Kaylor worked closely with the executives from Simon Marketing on the marketing and merchandising concepts for the McDonald's "Happy Meal" toys program and interfaced with the manufacturers in China. He also was involved in the marketing and distribution on the merchandise program for Safeway and Ralph's grocery chains. During the mid to late 1980s, Mr. Kaylor trained under a group that was instrumental in the forensic investigation of Aerospace Industry accounting fraud. The results of these investigations lead to the new FAR regulations for Prime contractors accounting and billing procedures. Mr. Kaylor was the lead project manager on many of the fact-finding missions and was acknowledged and awarded high praise for his leadership skills.
Mr. Kaylor has been involved in the launch of four company expansions during the 1990s, including Birdhouse Projects, the company behind famed skateboarder Tony Hawk. In 1994, while re-launching Tony's skate career, Mr. Kaylor encouraged the company to produce its first one hour video entitled The End, and participated in the successful launch of finger-boards and the Tony Hawk Skater video game. Mr. Kaylor created and developed three clothing lines (Birdhouse, Flip, and Hook-ups), the combined sales of which rose to $12,000,000 by the third year. In addition, Mr. Kaylor and the internal engineering team developed and patented the "Fury" truck, which allowed skaters perform tricks at a higher level during competition.
Mr. Kaylor has worked in cross-promotional brand marketing as it relates to television programming and feature films. Mr. Kaylor was commissioned to lead marketing campaigns on several feature films and television projects including relationships with PepsiCo and Coors. He was engaged to lead the merchandising division for the feature film franchise The Passion of the Christ and The Runelords, the first in a trio of films based on the best-selling novel by David Farland.

In 2003, Mr. Kaylor consulted for Skytron Mall Television Networks, the first national large-screen network to provide programming throughout its mall properties, which provided over fifty malls with real-time Kiosk capabilities for commercial advertising. Mr. Kaylor assisted in raising over $6,000,000 from private funds for the project.
As CEO and President of Andy Lakey and Co. Inc., Mr. Kaylor launched the artist, Andy Lakey, into the global merchandising market. He has created a market for Andy Lakey-themed merchandise in the United States, Korea, and Japan.
Mr. Kaylor currently serves on the board of directors of Direct Focus Marketing Communications, Inc., a consulting firm to the PepsiCo Commercial Division located in Purchase, New York. F.W. Kaylor and Associates, where Mr. Kaylor served as president from 2002 to 2007, has developed a detailed 3-year plan to expand the company's scope into other Fortune 100 companies.
Mr. Kaylor received an M.A. in Business Management form the University of Redlands and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. His certifications include: Advanced Forensic Investigations techniques, IdefO – Military platform diagramming, ISO900 – Quality control systems, and the Dale Carnegie School-Salesmanship Program.

Mr. Rybarczyk is a veteran business leader with close to 15 years experience as a business owner and close to 20 years experience in the financial sector. He has been the owner of a boutique mortgage lending company since 1996 serving the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York. He also is the owner of a private real estate lending company, specializing in raising and lending private money for commercial and residential real estate.
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Mark received his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Slippery Rock University. Upon graduation he immediately began working in the financial services sector at ITT Financial where he handled a $6.5 million portfolio including approximately 1800 accounts. He later joined First Union Home Equity Bank where he served as the sales manager in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Highlights included developing and executing an aggressive marketing plan, which increased loan volume and sales resources by 400% within first nine months of managing branch.
An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Rybarczyk left the corporate world in 1996 and founded a mortgage company, built on the philosophy that "service is the foundation… and that
success is achieved one loan at a time." He later founded a private lending group through which he successfully raised and lent over $12 Million of private money for various real estate projects, providing stellar returns to his investors, while providing solutions to real estate investors to acquire real estate and build wealth. Mark prides himself on finding alternative investments and offering them to accredited investors. Offerings have included raising capital for an independent oil company and other small business ventures.

In addition, Mark is committed to serving his community. He has held various leadership positions in trade organizations and community organizations. Notably, his roles have included being appointed State Delegate for NAMB Delegate Council and lobbying on behalf of mortgage brokers to U.S. Senators and Congressmen. He is also an active member of Rotary International serving his local community in various projects, and also has been nominated as the entrepreneur of the year in 2004 for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Kebo is a screenwriter, editor and director. He has premiered films at both the Cannes Film Festival and at Sundance, where he was awarded the prestigious New Filmmaker's Award.
Mr. Kebo began his screenwriting career on a rewrite for the Jet Li action movie "The Black Mask." Since then, he has written projects for Beacon Pictures, Artisan, Digital Domain, Fremantle, Hydraulx Films and MTV. He has directed numerous music videos, most recently for platinum selling Korean hip hop artist, Drunken Tiger.
Mr. Kebo is also the creator of a unique editing tool called Film School in a Box which has been featured in the New York Times and is currently being used in college film curriculums.
Mr. Kebo has directed two feature films. His latest, the critically acclaimed thriller "Death Valley," stars Eric Christian Olsen ("Eagle Eye"), Genevieve Cortese ("Wildfire") and Dash Mihok ("Punisher: War Zone," "I Am Legend") and was recently released on DVD by Slamdance/Allumination.

Bill Fritz
Since graduating from USC film school in 1994, Mr. Fritz has established himself as a proven, versatile writer and producer in both film and television. In the world of feature films, Mr. Fritz developed and wrote a script for The Disney Channel titled Now You See It (click to see a scene from the movie). The film, about a teen magician who discovers he has real magic powers, premiered in February 2006 and, at the time, became The Disney Channel’s highest rated original movie.
Foreign Exchange, a feature script about two high school losers who travel to Europe in search of hot Swedish babes, has been bought by Paramount Pictures and MTV Films and is currently in development.
On the television front, Mr. Fritz has extensive experience in both sitcoms and reality TV. His film script for Foreign Exchange was optioned by Warner Brothers Television and Mr. Fritz turned it into a sitcom pilot for the Fox Network. The comedy is called Sweden, Ohio (click to see a scene from the show).
And Mr. Fritz is no stranger to the hottest genre on television -- Reality TV. He’s worked as a writer and Executive Story Producer on over a dozen reality shows including the first season of Fear Factor, where he helped create and develop the show’s now famous concept and style. Mr. Fritz’s most recent work in the genre has been for truTV (formerly Court TV) and the highly rated and popular Ocean Force. Mr. Fritz served as the Executive Story Producer on three seasons of this documentary reality show chronicling the day-to-day lives of lifeguards. During this time, he wrote Ocean Force’s most powerful and critically acclaimed story – Code X (click to see) – a gut churning account of the heroic effort by Huntington Beach lifeguards to save the life of a swimmer who has vanished under the water.

Beach Patrol: Mr. Fritz served as the Executive Story Producer on three seasons of this documentary reality show chronicling the day-to-day lives of lifeguards. In addition, Mr. Fritz served as head writer and managed a staff of four writers and six editors. Currently, Beach Patrol airs on truTV (formerly Court TV) as Ocean Force – Huntington Beach.
House Rules: A reality home improvement competition show for TBS for which Mr. Fritz served as the Senior Story Producer.
Fear Factor: A reality television game show. Mr. Fritz served as Executive Story Producer for first season of the show and assisted in creating and developing the show’s concept and style.
The Three Stooges: A half-hour syndicated comedy show, consisting of 130 episodes, for which Mr. Fritz served as Head Writer. The show features classic Stooge film shorts re-packaged with original comedy interstitial material, and was produced for Columbia TriStar Television Distribution.

Ken Kadlec has over 32 years of experience in electronic hardware development with positions ranging from Principal Engineer, Chief Engineer, CTO and VP of Engineering.
His initial design experience was grounded in the highly disciplined Aerospace companies of Gould, Raytheon and Hughes Aircraft. He later branched out into the more
entrepreneurial commercial companies such as AST Computers, Kingston Technologies and the startup Javelin Systems. Presently, he has engaged as a design consultant to
various companies such as Panavision, Retail Technology Group, Walkstyles, RedRadio, Request Audio and Earth Computers.
His present design expertise lies in the development of PC based video display systems for applications in the home automation, Point of Sale and gaming industry. His strong
development background has enabled Mr. Kadlec to extend his design range from U.S. Navy periscopes to pedometers.
Mr. Kadlec has a BSEE (1975) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also holds two patents in CPU related technologies.
